HOLT will be a green neighborhood with international allure where everyone is welcome. Living is not just about a house, but also about living together in a neighborhood. Ideally, in an environment where social interaction is central, with space for relaxation, and where both our health and the economy are catalysts. HOLT will further enhance the existing qualities around the Martiniziekenhuis.<\/p>\n

When designing HOLT, we looked closely at the success factors of the world’s best cities: a focus on health, greenery, social interaction, and connection. These are factors that Groningen, as the healthiest city in the Netherlands, possesses to a great extent, and we aim to bring them together in HOLT.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

HOLT, we offer space for 320 residences, combined with a significant commercial program consisting of a mix of offices, medical companies, and restaurants, creating a vibrant new area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

HOLT was born out of a unique collaboration with architects from Powerhouse Company, Houben\/Van Mierlo, vector-i, and DELVA landscape & urbanism, commissioned by MWPO, together with Nijestee and Nijhuis Bouw.<\/p>\n
