Groenewei is the result of a case study developed for the housing showcase Bouw Anders.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In collaboration with Nijestee and VDM, the social housing plan was further developed around urgent themes such as the housing shortage, social segregation and the climate resource crisis.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n \n \n <\/picture>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

The plan will be built using a prefabricated wooden and modular building system in which modules are combined to create different housing types.<\/span><\/p>\n
