The first temporary homes in the Brainport Smart District were designed by vector-i in collaboration with mHome and Felixx. A total of 52 modular flats have been built in the neighbourhood. Surrounding the stacked homes is plenty of space for communal green areas and a wadi. The modules are owned by mHome and will remain in the area for 15 years. The homes have been carefully positioned within the landscape, giving them a high-quality appearance in combination with a beautiful communal garden.<\/p>\n

The residential modules are made primarily from circular, eco-friendly building materials. Furthermore, the modules are easily reusable and relocatable, representing a higher level of circularity.
