A project showcasing the sustainable future of social housing
Groenewei is the result of a case study developed for the housing showcase Bouw Anders.
In collaboration with Nijestee and VDM, the social housing plan was further developed around urgent themes such as the housing shortage, social segregation and the climate resource crisis.
The plan will be built using a prefabricated wooden and modular building system in which modules are combined to create different housing types.
